What is Preaching School?
Preaching School is a 6-session course that we host along with the Capstone Network of Churches that is designed to help preachers of all ages and stages improve in their ability to communicate truths from God's Word. Whether you are a pastor or a lay leader, this course will help you to grow in your ability as a Bible communicator. Join us this year for 6 sessions, each focused on a different aspect of the art of preaching. This year's Preaching School offers some practical insight from several gifted preachers and teachers, including Dr. Martin Sanders, pastor Anthony Greco, author Ingrid Davis, and others. Each participant's registration also includes some helpful preaching resources, including a book on the topic.

Dr. Douglas A. Balzer
Doug serves as the Director of rekindle.tv and as the Director of Innovation in the WCD. He spends much of his time equipping church leaders. In addition to hosting the reKindle Podcast, he has also authored two books. You can find links to those and learn more about Doug on his website: www.dougbalzer.com.
Dr. Martin Sanders
Martin serves as a professor at Alliance Theological Seminary in New York. In addition to his role at ATS, he is the President and Founder of Global Leadership, Inc., which works to develop the next generation of Christian leaders. He has authored several books, including The Power of Mentoring. You can learn more about Martin and the organization he leads on his website, www.globalleadershipinc.org.
Anthony Greco
Anthony, along with his wife Madeleine, serves as the Senior Pastor of Calgary Life Church, which they planted in 1999. Passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus with others, he has shared the gospel in over 40 nations and has partnered with others in church planting and leadership training beyond his role planting Calgary Life Church. Dr. Ingrid Davis
Ingrid serves professional leaders and ministry leaders with her two primary entities: Leadership Coaching International and Care4Leaders.org. She is a certified coach and mentor, and conducts various workshops and seminars designed to help participants live their best life now by understanding their inner selves in new and deeper ways. Ingrid has coached and ministered to clients in over 20 countries.
Brent Trask
Brent serves as the District Superintendent for the Western Canadian District of the C&MA in Canada, a role which he has held since 2011. He is passionate about the local church, and supporting pastors and churches in the advancement of God's purposes.
Dr. David Hearn
David is passionate about Jesus, and passionate about the local church. He has served in the C&MA in Canada as a pastor, a District Superintendent and as in the role of President. He currently serves on staff at Kamloops Alliance Church as the Senior Associate Pastor.
