Setup/Teardown
The setup team is a vital part of Horizon. As a church plant, we set up lights, sound equipment, and chairs in order to create a space in which we can gather together to worship Jesus. If you are new to Horizon, this is a great way to start serving, as you will meet lots of people and learn more about what happens here on a typical Sunday!
Tech Team
The tech team assists the setup team in preparing for Sunday gatherings. The specific roles on the tech team include the sound techs and the screen operators.
Media Team
The media team is all about sharing stories: stories of how God is moving in people's lives, and stories of how He is using Horizon to bless those around us. If you are a photographer, a videographer, or someone who is passionate about writing and creating content, this could be a great role for you.
Worship Team
Our worship team plays a big part in putting together our Sunday gathering each and every week. The worship team exists to help point us back to God each and every week. Whether you are a singer, musician, or artist of any kind, we would love to have you audition to serve on our worship team.
Connect Team
The connect team exists to create a welcoming atmosphere in our gatherings and help newcomers understand more about who we are at Horizon and how they can get more involved. The connect team includes our greeters, coffee ministry, connect table volunteers, and our service hosts.
Children's Ministry
We are always in need of people who love children and want to help them grow to know Jesus and encounter God's presence and love. Our children's ministry is growing, and is a great way to serve God and bless the families of Horizon.
